It's not nice to fool with Mother Nature. |
O, Hear thee well, for I tell thee true, The time hath come for all to wake. O, Mother Earth, we hear thy call. We hear, we rise up for thy sake. Awaken Elf and Gnome and Troll, All ye of myth and legend born. Gargoyle, Griffin, from Thor's black skies, Bring Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn. Prankish Pan, pipe up thy pipes! Sultry Siren, sing thy song! Arise ye mystic multitudes! Arise, surge forth, o unseen throng! For Man, the Naked Ape hath wrought Great havoc on dear Mother Earth. With mindless arrogance he maims The gentle soul who gave him birth. At last She calls, we hear Her pleas. We summon all the ancient powers. Arise, Earthchild, unsheath thy sword And take back this great World of ours. For foolish Man thought us as myth, Come, Centaur, Satyr and Minotaur, Goblins, Gremlins, Leprechauns, O show them just how real we are! Faeries, Pixies, Sprites, take flight! Pegasus, awaken from thy sleep! Mermen, Mermaids from the sea Bring forth Sea Monsters from the deep! They do not think that we exist, Too busy with their greed and hate. They'll not believe when we attack, They'll not believe, til it's too late! Beyond the bloody aftermath, When Nature's green reclaims the land, No longer will our Earth be choked With poisons made by Human hand. Then cradled warm in Mother's arms, We'll view each sunrise with sweet awe, We'll teach our young the Balance of Life, And ever live by Nature's Law. |
