Mine (Do As I Please)

Mine is the world
Of which I control
My servants follow my orders
And I do as I please

Mine is the land
Air, sea, and trees
I do what I want with it
I do as I please

Taking what I want
And using it uncontrollably
I take what I want
And do as I please

Mine is the best way
Everyone follow me
I change the way others
Do as they please

Now this world is changing
But I have no control
What have I done?
I've done what I please

Dirty, barren, smoggy
Things are now different
Where is the power that is mine?
I want to do as I please

The Lord made the world for me
And created me to rule it
Isn't that the divine law?
For me to do as I please
