It's about saying goodbye to someone you love and saying hello to the idea of new love
The light turned into darkness
As the light dims so does our love
I've lost you, lost you
It's heart ache on the soul
It's so hard to see you this way
To never have you is a lost
But life moves on
We will move on from this
The light is gone
The love that i had is now gone
I'll see you around
I turn to walk away
I say goodbye to this old love
But hello to a very new one
The love never lasted but
Maybe the new one wwill
I will not cry for the lost love
But be happy for the new one
