(She Was At Least Three Of Them)
Oh! stand there as you do
Waiting desperately for words
That will turn you around and make you love me
They cannot come forth
Perhaps they do not exist

I shouldn't allow you to rent the space in my head
It is not forthright and just for your calm fury
How piercing it has become between us
As we ponder the days forgiveness needed

I sit quietly licking my heart's wounds
Serendipity pounding my senses harshly
It is by mistake or good fortune we have met
As you chortle secretly at my intensity and inner rage

Behold the light of good tidings shines
We collide again as planets crashing
Discard for all and everyone
Disdain for each other's deficiencies wailing

Possessive thoughts of each other
Unable to glean the truth from us
Stumbling onward, viewed as one
The lie apparent to us only

Days once filled with love and noogies
Now filled with emotional uppercuts and left hooks
My how the worm has juxtaposed himself
Your psychosis and my dementia, a toxic mix
