It was a wonderful day,

we were in the moment.

The whispers of the wind

were ours for the taking..

It was a strong elixir..

So there we stood

drinking the magic in.

You were beautiful,

I could see your soul

in that moment.

Your eyes,

wild and free...

standing so close

I could feel you

inside of me.

So there we stood.....

Soaking the silence in.

I watched your eyes

scanning the horizons

of the moment.

I felt you gathering earth power..

I could hear the sounds

in the soles of my feet.

My spirit

was moving to the ritual..

rocking gently with the beat.

So there we stood.....

Dancing in the wind.

A voice inside of me

echoed thru the moment..

Musical notes

drifting along.

Melodies of life,

songs of where we belong.

So there we stood

hearing the sounds from within
