Misery of being alone
The rain hitting my face, with every drop that hits, my soul is erased, my thoughts are out of control, how did I put myself in this place, with nothing but worries, how can I keep up this pace, I see demons around me and my fears in their face, chained to ground, if this is a dream I pray the Lord I awake.

Is this a dream or is it real, it's an overwhelming helplessness I feel, here I lie selfless and cold as steel, like I sold my soul and all I know is sealed, truth revealed, alone every man bargains life, and  in the end a deal is a deal

I am down on my knees, like the Lord frowned on my deeds, my eyes to the moon, all I hear is the rain pounding the ground and the sound of the trees, I sigh with my greed, wishing I was alive so I can try with relief, it's my mind that is confided by the beast, my heart reminds me of my pain, Lord end this pain,  I beg you please.

Here I am alone, a man held captive in my own, these shackles of life fracture my bones, I see shadows that roam, as they gather and dismantle my thrown, they moan for the man who has found pain in the pleasure of being left alone
