A love poem expressing the strong admiration and love for a special lady. |
Shall I call you a virtuous angel So accurate in every act Of care, love and affection; A role model endowed with Several admirable qualities, Making me pour every drop Of my love for you. A hummingbird looking so colourful On a bright sunny day; An apple tree looking so tasty To make a passerby climb To the topmost branch Just to taste a bit Of your sweetness. A priceless jewel you are More worth than silver or gold; A treasure so valuable Making me the luckiest guy That ever existed Being the lucky owner Of your precious love. Hearing your voice Is but a daily life necessity So essential and basic, Showering spiritual healing To my body, soul and intellect. If trapped with thee In a desolate island Like the legendary Robinson Crusoe To yearn for rescue I'll not For a romantic adventure it'll be, To seek for protection I'll not For your love is but a shield, To pray for guidance I'll not For an angel from heaven you are. I'm filled with an utmost love For thee, with all thy heart And all thy mind, Engrossed with an ever Unchanging affection for Thy ever exquisite personality. For like an attractive scent Caught up by my nose From the sweet scenery In a rose garden, I was attracted to you By such a pulling factor. So like the biblical eden, My love for thee is compared Like a folktale, the story Of our love shall be told And like an allusion Hints of our love Shall be quoted. |
