Brink! That was Miranda's computer. "You have one new message!" said an automated voice on her computer. She clicked on it. The screen changed and said:

Hey M!! I hope you didn't forget our name M&M! Meg and Miranda!!!!!!!! Hey, I am SO sorry I have not been able to IM you on here I have been SO busy. We're still unpacking our stuff here in Frankford, Kentucky. School is great, I have made new friends and there is a REALLY hot guy in my Calculus Class name Jason Regans. His is SO dreamy and popular!!!!!!!!!!! And BTW he IS SINGLE!! Even though I am new I am popular because my bff's are, me being a cheerleadr and also from Allendale Highschool since we were pop. In the girls bathroom for some odd and starnge reason is the list of HOT boys!!!!! There is only 17!!!!! And Jason is one!!!!!!! There is also a popular list (which of course I am on) and a liste of kissed. The popular girls put a new list up for each time there is an update and they have to approve the hot boys, and the liste of kissed must be confirmed from the girl who got it or the guy who gave it to her, the popular girls list is same as HOT boys list. So how are you?????

Megan and Miranda met when they attended Allendale Elementary in 1st grade. They had so much in common as if they were long lost sisters. Years later Megan's mom had found a new job in Kentucky and they had to move. Since then Miranda and Megan have tried to email each other.
