Yaki Notsumi: Life of A Half Vampire

Chapter 1:The Past issues



                                                   

            Yaki  was born a  half breed  his mother a human,his father a vampire it was a love everyone detested because they bileaved a human  and vampire should  never  coexsit or even love. But against all odds  his mother and father's love continued  and now they had two sons  Yami  and his little brother Yaki,  Yaki had a pretty good life  he had a loving family, lots of friends  and went to a great school  until he was 9 years old then everything changed. His vampire instincts kicked in and he was forced to stay home during the day,he had a strange craving for blood and now had to be taught by his father the art of feeding without being seen  ,who was a strict man  but a loving father  but during Yaki's training.his father  Kaname  told him that while he is training that he is not his father but his teacher.           

                  Yaki's father and Yaki  was  walking together  in the park looking around for

someone to feed off of. “ok Yaki here is the secret of  feeding  you must Always  observe your surroundings and be alert and stay in the shadows” Kaname  whispered to his young son rigidly.  “so is that  why we have to wear black?” questioned Yaki  his young golden eyes looking up at his father  who looked like he was in his early 30's but was actually 1,000 years old.  “yes  my young pupil  there  I see a young mistress.” Kaname excitingly pointed out a young  woman who looked to be in her  late 20's. “do you see her?” “yes”  yaki said hesitantly as his blood lust began to grow at the sight of the young woman.

“ok first we flit over to her” Knaname  told  Yaki as he grabbed  his nine year old son's hand and ran at an abnormal speed  over to the woman  and bite her in the neck to knok her out and then  laid her down  “hurry Yaki hurry and eat before she wakes up or someone comes by and sees us!” Kaname  told Yaki quickly  Yaki  bent down slowly and  bit the women again  just as his blood lust had hit its peek and began to drink from her.

                          Yaki soon drank his fill and  looked but to see his father  smiling approveingly  and they quickly dissipated into the night  back to their home. Once they got  home  Yaki's father  gave Yaki a pat on the back and  smiled down proudly  before saying “you did good son you didn't put up a fight like your older brother Yami did”    Yaki smiled happily  as Yaki's mother Sakura  and his older brother Yami walked into the room  and gave them a hug  welcoming them home. Yaki's father told his mother and brother about his first drink of blood his mother begain to cry saying “my babys growing up so fast” while  pulling Yaki into a suffocating  embrace.  Yaki's older brother Yami  just put his arm around Yaki ans smiled telling Yaki “good job lil bro” and Yaki decided that he was tired and told  his family that he was going  up stears and going to bed. While he went upstairs brushed his teeth,brushed his short blue hair. And  climbed into bed he didn't relise the  affect his first taste of blood his first deeding was going to affect him.

                      Yami  walked upstarirs and went to his room.  Not noticing    his little brother tossing and turning  in his bed.  Yaki was running from a vampire hunter  who had  spotted him  feeding  so Yaki ran and ran and ran and when  the vampire hunter cornered  him his mother and brother was there and they both went to atttack the vampire hunter  but the vampire hunter was quicker and shot  both vampires in the heart and Yaki screamed and begin to cry and then his mother steped out of the shadows and the vampire hunter shot her to in the heart  and Yaki screamed again and begin to cry louder  as the vampire turned his attention back to little All the while Yaki was tossing,turning,and when he had screamed in his dreams he also screamed  for real. When Yami heard yaki's screams  Yami ran to his little brother's room and open the door to see Yaki  Yaki tossing and turning and crying in his sleep. He ran to Yaki and began to shake Yaki  “Yki wake up Yaki wake up!”    Yaki woke up and  hugged his older brother and begain to cry and Yami hugged Yaki back  and rubbed Yaki's back up and down  whispering “shhhhh it was just a dream  it's alright everything is al right yaki”

                            That morning  Yaki walked downstairs  and walked  into the kitchen  and saw his mom. “Good morning  mom”Yaki greeted in a morning voice.As he wiped  some sleep out of his  eyes.”what would you like for breakfast?” his mom asked smiling.”some chocolate  pancakes please” Yaki  told his mom  politely. Yaki opened up one of the curtains  and  the sun immediately  burned his arm and  Yaki  closed the curtain, yelling out in pain. His mom came running to Yaki”Oh honey are you alright?” she asked  concerned”yes mom but it  hurts really badly” Yaki  as some tears fell from his eyes.”here honey let mommy put some cream on it” his mother said  putting burn cream on Yaki's burn. And bandaged it up ands then went  back to making breakfeast. Soon Yaki and his mom  ate breakfasts and did some house cleaning. And soon it was  night time  and when Kaname saw the bandage on  Yaki's arm and grabbed his arm though not hard enough to hurt Yaki and looked him in the eyes  and asked concern heavy in his voice “what happened to your arm Yaki?”  “I forgot  that I couldn't  let the sun touch me and this morning I opend the curtains and the sun burned my arm” Yaki explained. They then went out to find some fresh  blood to feed on.

              After Yami,Kaname, and Yaki returned Yaki looked sick. When his mom asked what the matter was. Kananme just said  it was normal and it was because Yaki wasn't used to blood and he would  start looking  healthier. Once he got used to drinking blood.
