Winds of the West

Hopes have crashed my bleeding pain

All that was left is the best of me

And as my heart's voice would sing,

There is more that I could se

Thunder roared across the land

Tapping the silence..

Killing the violence..

As all dire thoughts in me, I've banned,

There's more that I could be



Realizing more of the best

All coming from the winds of the west

That rapture is in every day

In all such words--in any way

With all my strength and all my might,

I'll do my best to shed some light



Chances come and nothing would go

So let me glide over smiles in a row

An explosion of hope--

I know they are here
