I Stand Amazed

I STAND AMAZED

Thank you Lord for the cross You bore,
The one that has my blood mixed with Yours.
Though my sins were black as coal,
You freely came in and cleansed my soul.
And now I stand amazed.

I stand amazed.
I stand in awe.
God the creator has built a nation
And given His only Son for our salvation.

I stand in fear for I know
My Lord could eliminate many,
And yet I am serenely happy to know
That He loves me so.

You need only look. You need only seek.
You need only ask, and He shall give it you.
Ask it! Ask it!  Ask God to be the Master of your Universe.
He will send the Spirit to your side and you will stand amazed.

God has given gifts to many,
Some have not used them properly.
Others are glorifying His wonderful name
In all they do. Praise God!

It is amazing what God can do when you ask
In faith and belief through prayer.
You cannot help but wonder and be in awe
Of the God of our lives, who is so powerful,
Yet chooses to be so gentle. I stand amazed!1
