The new year,
starts a new chapter,
with all of these choices,
that I will make soon after.

New job, new car,
happy as can be,
working with my buddies,
what more do you want to see?

A friend of mine walks in after work,
with her friend not far behind,
everytime I think of that moment,
I want to click pause and then rewind.

Seeing her was awesome,
but thinking back I say "how,
we met eachother at wendys,
I can't believe I'm with her now!"

It's been two weeks to this day,
since I've called her my girlfriend,
writing this poem about me and you,
A messege of love is what I'll send.
