Life brings different types of love.
Teaching life lessons as I grow,
Daddy lifts me when I get low.
When I am weak, he’s always strong,
So to him my heart will belong.

My heart skips a beat, when he’s near.
My new life’s with you, husband dear.
Our worlds combining like a song.
So to him my heart will belong.

Sweet baby, in my arms you rest,
I vow to him to do my best,
Keeping him safe from all that’s wrong
So to him my heart will belong.

At the gates, my Savior I meet,
I humbly bow before his feet.
And for paradise my soul longs,
So to Him my heart will belong.

The Kyrielle form has three basic rules: (1) written in rhyming quatrains (4-line stanzas), (2) the last line of each stanza is repeated throughout the entire poem, and (3) each line has only 8 syllables
