Friendship Tree

When we met, the seed was planted.
Over time, the seed became a tree,
And the bark became multilayered.

As our friendship became stronger,
So did the tree. As the seasons passed,
The tree grew taller, stronger.

It has lost many leaves from arguments,
But grew them back, after we forgave
Each other.

Eventually, the friendship is
Strong enough to survive anything:
Time, distance, or disaster.
