She walked in and I was dealing with my guitar
She was precious
and beautiful soo, and I couldn't imagine her appreciating
what i felt the guys were about
but she did and she does and she's open
she's a star
but stars fall and fade and she didn't do that
she's shot down
now you may know her better online and wonder why
she's about mayday
and alexis because you couldn't imagine her appreciating
what you're about.

She scored a spot on homecoming court
she scored a spot as number one senior
...back in her day
But shes older now and we mislead her to the truth
Look at her pictures. She smiles to you and herself
Those were so naive.
Always knew something was missing
That piece of a heart
in a five thousand piece puzzle.
But we met and she was shown who she was
Preppy with a love for everyone
Thats not right and not accepted
And now death eats at her because of
new logic and new friends.
Ignorance is bliss
and she should have held on to it.
