Lizzie goes to a remote island in the pacific only to find it's inhabited with vampires
Lizzie watched through the car window as their rusted blue jeep came to a slow stop in front of a large turquoise house, it was old looking and was supported by thin stilts, she imagined them snapping in the night and everyone awaking on the floor.

"Alright everyone, this is it." Her mother Angella sang, forcfully enthusiastic. Lizzie rolled her eyes and shoved her way out of the car, her two younger brothers fighting and whining about how hungry they were while her older sister Marley began getting angery. We all knew she needed midol before she killed an innocent civilian.

"James, honey, do you have the keys?" Her mother quiestioned, struggling with the bags while trying to put on her sun glasses. Kira and Joe, Lizzie's two younger brothers were crawling under the car and pulling out dinosaurs from their toy bag while Marley popped pills and their father dug through his pockets for the keys.

"I'm going for a walk." Lizzie stated with annoyance,

"Wait, honey what about your bags? We need help getting everything inside." Lizzie said nothing and bagan walking off towards the beach. She walked a ways before she noticed her sister Marley running to catch up with her.

"Lizz! Idiot, wait up!" She huffed and kicked off her flip flops. The white sand was hot beneath Lizzies feet, but she stood her ground in one place and let them burn, testing her pain tolerance, she only lasted a moment before having to shift her movement. When Marley finally reached her side Lizzie was greatful to get moving. They began walking quickly towards the shore, Lizzie's long brunette hair pulled back into a loose pony tail and her sisters light blond in a high one. Marley had only just turned sixteen as Lizzie had fourteen. They were as different as they were alike.

"So, you still pissed that mom made you come along?" Marley laughed, causing Lizzie to frown.

"Duh, why would i want to be here anyway? There's nothing special here but water and sand."

"You're just mad that you're not back in Ohio with Luka and your goup of friends from that 'photography class'."

"Mom wouldn't let her come along. Stuck up bitch..."

"Lizzie!" Marley shreiked and shoved her playfully,

"That's so mean!"

"It's true." Lizzie stated in a know it all tone. a smile cracking along her face as she struggled to step along the sand dunes.

"And it wasn't just any photography class, it was a college course photography class."

"Oh i'm SO sorry." Marley giggled sarcastically and bent down to examine some shells. Lizzie walked off a few feet, gingerly stepping over sea shells on her tip toes. She allowed the waves to lap at her ankles as she undid her ponytail and let her brunette curls run wild across her back. She looked up to the streatch of white beach, sand stretching as far as the eye could sea. Yet before she could take another step a flash of dark movement across her vision caused her to stop dead in her tracks, she stood erect half on her toes. She began to slowly let her heels sink into the sand as she brushed away her bangs, a dark, slim figure was dancing not forty yards from her. Spinning around in controlled, gracful circles, a long black trench coat left open to whip around her in the air. The girls arms were out streatched and her head was thrust upwards towards the blue sky. She was ignoring the waves and spun through them happily, Lizzie stood perplexed as well as hypnotized by the odd sight. She glanced back at her sister,

"Marley, hurry and look!" She whispered and looked back towards the girl, her eyes widened. She was gone. There was only  white sand and water. The forest of palm trees and tropical plants was to far off to run to in that short of a time. Lizzie spun this way and that, doing a complete circle on the spot where she stood. Nothing in sight, the girl had gone. And for some unknown reason. Lizzie was sad about it. She became even more irritated when Marley finally looked up at her,

" What's up? I found the coolest thing, i'm not sure what it is but i want it." Marley mused, standing while examining a peice of broken glass in her hand. Lizzie rolled her eyes, becoming adgitated once more.

"Beach glass, it's beach glass."

"I'll put it on a knecklace, you find anything interesting?" Marley quiestioned and walked to Lizzie's side.

"Nope, nothing but sand and water for miles and miles, really interesting stuff."
