Two sonnets on temporarily forbidden love with a friend
Tip-toes

There are times that I wish I could hate you
For you not being any better than me.
I want to hate you for not being honest
And living this lie we continue to lead.
I want to hate you for making me 'render
By the touch of thy finger tip to tip;
I want to hate you for being that impressive,
For accepting my sorrowed sigh via thy sniff.
I want to hate you because of your dimples
That Nature painted you so masculine, gorgeous – grace.
I want to hate you for hearing inside me
- Meeting my mind in the in-between space.
If I hate you it'd be only my tip-toes
On finest line drawn ''tween our love and hate.
If I hate you it'd be caused of my paining
That I may not love you till unknown late date.

Jiminy

Remember being little
And you just did something wrong
You know that you can hide it
But you don't know for how long.
Mommy just might spank you
Or worse - dad might do the job
Either way'd be better
Than the guilt you carry on.
Guilt that brings that feeling
Of your heart black with gangrene
The guilt for that wrong something
And guilt for lying leaves you lean.
If you wait the guilt out
Maybe someday it will pass
If you say the whole truth now
You'll be punished but free at last.
