The gloomy sky portends a stormy day.
Dark nimbus clouds gather in the cobalt sky,
Giving it a sinister appearance.

Blinding lightning gives the sky a grimmer appearance.
Along with gusty winds , making it a fearful day.
Thunder cracks, booms, creaks ans snaps in the sky.

After rain stops, sunlight floods the sky.
It now assumes a cheerful and bright appearance.
With the passing of a doleful day.

As the day moves on the sky delights us with its pleasant appearance.

Form: Tritina

The Tritina is the little brother to the Sestina. Instead of end rhymes, each stanza uses three specific unrhymed words in a specific sequence at the end of the lines. The following is the sequence in which you will use those three end-words for the first three stanzas:

ABC CAB BCA

The final stanza will use all three words in order, ABC, at the end of the line.
