The Lonely Tear

It's stormy outside and I'm lying in bed my eye's begin

to water and go red a lonely tear flows down my face.

The tear trickles onto my 'lip' I lick the tear with the tip

of my tongue it tastes salty and warm.

I look up out the window and I ask the storm. Why am I crying?

I get no reply so I close my eye's and say good bye.
