Do you desire to Understand.
Cold, sharp steel against warm flesh.
Fear, courage or simple insanity.

Skin itching.
Nerve ends screaming.
Foreplay to pain.
Pressure in my brain demanding
Harder!

Skin parts.
Virgin flesh laid bare to naked steel.
Warmth caresses along a dead straight line.
A flood of bright, red blood.
Rivers of life.

Pain explodes and excites.
Self-mutilation, 
Decoration
Desecration

I do it again.
Pleasure and pain intensified.

Anger, Sorrow and Hate
A brief moment of relief as all is eclipsed by throbbing pain.
Mental sorrow recedes and I can face the pain again.

And my Soul screams, yet again denied its final release.
