Dear Authors/Visitors, This communique is in connection with
Thank you, Earl! Author's Spotlight is now "Authors' Spotlight". In this new avatar, it returns to entice and encourage you all to write feverishly. The format of this competition is almost the same as that which prevailed under the guidance of 30DBC Creator/Founder ; a few minor tweaks are in place and you can visit the main forum to read about the changes. The BIG difference is the way the Group Item is to be tackled. This time, you and your group members will get the entire 6 days to complete and submit the group task. To see how various group members did a group item when I took part in season 3, take a look at this item:
The tasks for each day will be two in number; while some will be in the form of creating new static items, some may involve interviewing, some, reviewing, and some ... will be surprises. Like all the previous seasons, I urge you all to participate in large numbers and make this season also a huge success! If you have G.P.s to donate, kindly donate here:
Why they joined Authors Spotlight? "Why I Joined Authors Spotlight" by Ẃeβ࿚ẂỉԎḈĥ "The answer is simple. I felt as if my writing was getting a little stagnant. I needed a jump start--FAST! I have been presented with new tasks that I may not have done had they not been attached to this wonderful contest. I loved the challenge!" "Invalid Entry" - raino "The tasks included a variety of activities and exposed the participants to the many areas and offerings on WDC.I joined the Authors Spotlight Competition because I felt it would be a great way to learn my way around WDC, plus meet some new people." Hanna "I joined Authors Spotlight because I wanted to be challenged. I have always been hesitant to try writing in different genres, and Authors Spotlight seemed to be just what I needed to get past that. Also, having seen the contributions to the WDC community by the Authors Spotlight contestants from Round 1, I wanted to be a part of that. Everything about Authors Spotlight seemed to be something I would enjoy." I Love WDC! Cissy❤ "I learned so much from the last Authors spotlight contest as a judge, Your contest is awesome! Authors Spotlight is still a harder challenge and learning experience!
