This is a fight scene between the team of Damian & Alice vs Coron.
Finally the day was over. Today school was a slow hell. I couldn’t keep my mind on anything, all I could think about was the last memory I had of Damian.

“He’ll be back at some point, but at least Coron is gone for now. Damian?” I turned around to see him on his knees. “Damian, what’s wrong?”
“I almost lost it today Alice.” Damian said his head hung low. I fell next to him on my knees and held his head up. “You did fine. You pulled back your demonic side. But you have to stop using it.” His eyes were buried under his brown hair. A breeze carried his hair away from his eyes and showed the blood red eyes of the demon inside him.
“I can’t protect you without my demonic abilities.”
“Don’t sacrifice yourself for my protection. I’m a Guardian! I have abilities too…” He gently took my hands from his face.
“If I lose control for even one moment I could easily kill you. I could never go on if I hurt you.” A single tear hung at his eye lashes. It fell and followed the perfect outline of his cheek.
“If I can handle defying the council then I think I can handle you.” Damian slipped a thin smile. He molded his hands to my face and guided my lips forward to meet his. I never wanted to stop; I wanted to stay here in this little forest forever with him.

I weaved around people and cars in the parking lot to get to my car. My car was in sight but someone leaned on it. I squinted and studied the object more; the figure was tall and sleek like Damian but had a certain odd stance. The face turned to show a crooked smile, a long sharp nose, and beady little eyes. Before I could take one step Coron flitted forward. His claw like limb grasped my throat and pinned me to a bus. My bags slipped off my shoulders and fell to the ground bellow.
“No body guard this time?” Coron chuckled and dug his nails deeper into the soft skin of my throat. Blood trickled out of my neck, and down my shirt. I felt like a rag doll, all my limbs dangling helplessly. Could I risk exposure to defend myself? Well Coron took care of that. This was the time to prove I could defend myself. I swiped his arm away and connected a punch with his right cheek. His head spun to the side, that little crooked smile showed again. I sprinted forward only two steps before Coron caught my leg with his arm. I crashed to the grown in a huge sprawling motion. Coron lifted me by the neck with one hand. “Do not test my patience; it will only make your death slower and more painful.” Coron observed the environment around us. “And now I have an audience!” I hadn’t noticed the circle of people forming around us with horrified gazes.
“Let her go now.” A stern voice said. Coron spun around to meet the angry eyes of Damian.
“Ah, the lovers are together once more.” Damian took one step forward and Coron’s grip tightened on my neck. I gasped for breath. Coron pulled a dagger from his jacket. “One wrong move and I will stab her.” Coron retorted.
“Let her go! Fight me!” Damian shot back.
“But this is more fun, torturing you. Although I’m being more merciful then Marcus will be when he gets his hands on you. After all, you betrayed him for a guardian!” Coron snorted. Damian’s eyes were changing. He was changing from his human camouflage to his demon abilities.
“Damian… No.” I squeezed out. He looked at me with defiant eyes. I glanced at the dagger and nodded my head. His eyes turned soft, scared. Then he understood what I wanted done. If Coron thought he’d won then Damian could distract him while I changed into my Guardian form. Damian took another step forward. Coron plunged the dagger into my shoulder. I let out a scream and he let me fall to the ground. I could see all the shocked and horrified eyes of the crowd around us. Coron advanced on Damian and they slashed at each other, to fast for me to see. I rose and pulled the dagger out of my shoulder. Blood trickled out for a couple of seconds but then healed as did the cuts on my neck. Coron turned his gaze on me, shocked.
“How? This cannot be possible! Guardians don’t have that kind of power!” Coron said his voice slightly shaking.
“Oh but I am not an ordinary Guardian.” I said. Damian slashed at Coron’s back and made a deep gash. Coron turned back to fight him. It was my turn. It only took seconds for me to change. My entire body was engulfed by the muscles, speed, and power of my Guardian abilities. I ran forward and caught Coron by the collar of his jacket and whipped him backwards into a car.
“Go Damian I can take him.” I said.
“No.”
“Go!” I yelled.
“No, he’s mine.” Damian replied.
Coron stood up and launched a set of three daggers at us. Damian dodged the one aimed at him and I caught both of the ones aimed at me. Damian flew forward and turned Coron’s back towards me. They clawed and punched at each other. I threw the two daggers at Coron and they embedded into his back. Coron fell to the ground in pain. I ran forward and studied Coron lying on the ground. I turned to look at Damian, he still wasn’t changing back.
“Damian. Change ba-.” A sharp, piercing pain went through my stomach. A sword was plunged into my mid section. I fell to the ground in agenizing pain. Coron’s eyes were on me with the sword in his hand.
“Didn’t expect that, huh?” Coron said with a grin. Damian hit the sword from his hands and they began fighting again. This would take minutes that I didn’t have. I staggered up to face Coron. They were still fighting, each hit blocked by the other. Damian was faster; he slid around Coron and stabbed his hand through his chest. Coron let out a gasp of pain, and Damian pushed him to the ground. His body disappeared in a heap of black ash.
“You beat him Damian, now change back!” I shook Damian. “C’mon! Snap out of it!” I pleaded. He turned his eyes on me. “Damian?” He launched one hand at me and lifted me by the neck. “Damian.” I squeezed out. His eyes weren’t the bright red I had known so well but a dark, more sinister color. I slide my hand up his arm to his cheek and met his gaze. Damian released his grasp on me and I dropped to the ground. I gasped for air and peered up to look at Damian. He had turned his head away from me. I stood and tugged on Damian’s arm.
“Thank you for saving me.” I said.
“I didn’t. I almost killed you.” He paused. “I’m leaving.” He started to walk. I ran to catch up and spun him around to face me.
“You are not leaving me again.” I commanded.
“I am not going to be the death of you.”
“If you leave again you will be!” He turned his head away. He couldn’t break my grip. “Look at me.” I said. He didn’t listen. “Look at me.” He turned his head and met my eyes. “No matter how powerful your demon side is I will be here to help you. There has to be a way to control it, that’s what I did. I trained and practiced and eventually I got control over my Guardian powers. You can do the same thing.” I said.
“This is not the same as your Guardian powers.” He replied.
“Yes it is. I love you, and I’m willing to help you master your demonic powers. It doesn’t matter how long it takes.” He wrapped his arms around my waist and held me close to his body.
“Thank you.” He whispered.
“We should probably get out of here.” I said. Studying the large, and very confused crowd around us.
“Yes, we should.” Damian released his hands from my waist and darted to grab my bags. He put my book bag over my shoulders and wrapped one arm around my waist.
“How are we going to get out of here with this crowd of people?”
“I have a way.” I searched through my purse and found a little vial.
“What is that?” Damian asked.
“You’ll see.” I smashed the vial on the ground and we disappeared in a puff of blue smoke.
