A poem about a man taking revenge on someone that wronged him. |
REVENGE IS SWEET How do you feel now while you're sitting there? Blood all down you and tied tight to a chair Are the ropes too tight? Do they stop circulation? I just need you to be alert for this demonstration. Don't you dare close your eyes, I want you to see The hurt that you've caused and the anger in me I don't feel you deserve to even breathe the same air I know that's not my decision, but right now I don't care. Because you showed the same disregard for a life When you tried to take it away from my wife Now she lays broken in a cold hospital bed Feeling abused and violated, shaking with dread. Now I could go easy on you and just call the cops Just a single quick phone call and all of this stops But rapists in prison, you know, they never fare well You'll be three other guys' bitch, your own personal hell. But that's not gonna happen, so your fears can disperse And what I'm about to do to you will be so much worse Have you got any last words before you go south? You best make them a prayer, that gag stays in your mouth. This pistol is fresh, it's so shiny and new I just bought it especially, that's right, just for you I can see that you're frightened, your thoughts tell you you're done But the last thing to go through your mind will come straight from this gun. Don't even think someone's coming, that they can't be far I drove us all the way out here in an old stolen car Your obituary is already written and printed See, I thought of everything, as I've already hinted. So say goodbye to your miserable self You leave me with no choice and my wife in poor health You should never treat people the way you did, damn it Now there’ll be one less monster walking around on the planet... |
