Warm Summer Nights

Hi everyone,
This is my first post here. This poem was written at 1 am after going to a baseball game and Beatles tribute band concert. I really wished my significant other could have been there. So, I wrote a poem about it. Thanks for reading, and Comments are appreciated.


Stars fill the air,
As you hold me tight,
A breeze blows my hair,
On a warm summer night.

Dancing to The Beatles,
Our favorite band.
They played "All My Loving"
and "I Want to Hold Your Hand"

The night was perfect,
But something wasn't right,
I wish you could have danced with me,
On a warm summer night.
