Love's Good-bye


Tell me that you love me
Then I can go away
Holding in my memory
Those sweet words that you say

Kiss me with tender lips
That taste like cherry wine
Wish my day a good one
So my every moment's fine

Hold me in your strong arms
Once more before we part
Sing me no sad good-byes
For it's you that holds my heart
