Holiday Stress:

Holidays,
They suck.
Finding the right present,
Oh please kill me.
Discovering everything sold out,
Diminishes all hope.
Scrambling the day before Christmas,
Looks like everyone does it.
So holidays?
Where's my stressball....

Live Your Life:

It's almost funny how some people live.
Doing whatever they want not caring at all.
Wooo!!! You got shitfaced the fourth time this week.
Awesome!!! Your friends want you to buy the next round.
Yay!!! Everyone's having sex except you.
Oh yea!!! You have a girl that hurts because you'd rather drink than be a boyfriend.
Isn't it funny?
This is how you live your life and you don't care.
So just live your life.
I don't care because you're not in mine and that's just fine.
Just live your life.
Sound familiar?

Pink:

It's her favorite color.
She sees it in the morning.
She sees it at night.
The walls, the bed, the rug-Pink.
Hearts are pink.
She happens to like her heart.
But her heart fails her because someone crushed it.
Now it's black.
Her tears stain pink sheets.
She stares at a pink wall wondering what she did wrong.
Then along comes a boy,
Who has yet to see her pink room.
He likes her.
That black heart?
It's now pink again.
Pink with the hope that he actually does like her.

Heartbroken:

You break up with him,
'Cause he doesn't care.
Your pain too hard to bare.
Friends try to console,
Try to fill that empty hole.
You look at him with sorrow,
Begging to talk tomorrow.
But he doesn't care,
About the pain your face might wear.

Best Friends:

Her friend is a hoe,
She thinks she doen't know.
Truth is, she does.
She hides just because.
She thinks she's not hurting her,
When truthfully she's killing her.
This was her friend,
Her murderous best friend.

What's So Hard?:

What's so hard to understand,
That I hate things for a reason?
Things that continue to be done,
To me, this is treason.
What's so hard to fathom,
It's not good for your health?
How something so stupid,
Depletes your wealth.
What's so hard about trying,
About wanting a good life?
However, you're pathetic,
Who want's to be your wife?
What's so hard to get,
That you're worthless?

Lies:

Lies are useless.
They equal weakness.
Why lie and admit defeat,
When silence is so much stronger?
Saying nothing does no harm.
Honesty emitts love.
Lies, however, hurt.
A person's trust is very fragile.
When that bond is broken,
It takes a lot to mend.
The repercussions are terrible.
See the damage lies do?

What Isn't Seen:

As she smiles and laughs and jokes,
She can't help but wonder:
"Either I'm a good liar or my friends are blind
And just can't see what's under."
She tries to stay strong and keep going on,
But with each day's new pressures,
She dreads seeing the dawn.
Mind you, she's not suicidal,
Or even wants pain.
However, friends are oblivious,
To see even her be drained.
She's cried out for help,
The only way she knows how.
And yet only one,
Knows she says "Ow".
What she feels hurts,
Hurts so bad, to the world, she's closed.
But only this one,
Doesn't feel she's imposed.
Sure she complains,
What else can she do?
He's the only one who ever cared,
To simply ask "How are you?"
As time passes,
She soon comes to find,
She only truly speaks
With the one who is kind.
All this goes on and it's hard to believe,
She's just a child, only sixteen.
Still there's but one,
Who sees what isn't seen.
