A poem about a man's thoughts towards a woman.
From New York to Tokyo, no one wants to be alone.
So call me once you make your way home.
We could make it happen, you and me.
We would be together, but still completely free.
We could pretend like we are just friends.
But we'll be lovers once the day ends.

If love takes hold and you feel my warm grasp.
I will step up, but you will have to ask.
I would like it if you tried to dig deep.
Attack my mind while I'm deep asleep.
But I don't think I want to hear the word love again.
To have a heart but have it torn to ribbons in the end.
