MISSING YOU

You're my first child I loved you from the start,
I miss you so much I hate that were apart.
But soon we'll be together and I'll never leave your side,
And baby thats a promise to you I'll never lie.
I miss you so much and these are very hard times,
Just thinking about you makes me want to cry.
All this time without you is tearing me up,
And I know you miss me too just keep your head up,
And know in your heart that daddy loves you very much.
I miss you so much that words can't explain,
It's like some sort of hell with unforgiving pain,
That doesn't stop just continuous with every passing day.
With everyday that goes by your on my mind all the time,
So i try to help myself by writing poems that barely rhyme.
Only god knows baby how much time will pass,
And until that time comes I'll do everything i can,
To get you back in my arms then we'll be happy at last.
So I'll be here waiting for that day to come,
Missing you always because you are my number one.
