Falling,
Falling hard and falling fast,
Falling into forever, a never ending darkness,
Not knowing what’s waiting at the bottom.
Waiting,
Waiting to hear a sound,
Any sound at all to show you’re still breathing.
Breathing,
Take a deep breath,
Jump awake with a silent scream.
Dreaming.
