A beast in a tree

It's false, it's false,
it's all a lie!
Why do I fall
for such fake ideas.

I wish they could like me
Just for being me
But I feel as thugh
I were a beast in a tree.

No one can reach me
I am hideous to behold
I scare everyone away
I am lost to all the world.

Walking endlessly on
I stumble as I tread,
I crumble as I panic
But soon I want to be dead.

Nothing is as it should be,
Nothing is in it's place,
I want it to be my way
The way I know I'm safe.

Damn this existence
