Swimming

I love to swim.

The pleasure it gives, minute by minute. Near weightlessness, as if I am flying. I take a breath after every stroke, and wonder - where am I going? My arms keep pumping until I am nearly out of breath. And I realize - I’m still trapped behind the walls of my ivory tub.
