The Death of me

    I stand here watching as the light gives way to the eternal
darkness. As i am enveloped by the never ending emptyness.
I watch as you slowly let go of me as i fall deeper and deeper
into despair.I cower in fear as i hear your footsteps slowly
go silent as my heart slows to a crawl.

    I watch as the loneliness consumes me.I feel something
tearing me up inside,through every single bone,through
every single memory of you.I try my hardest to bring you back to me,
the tears burning through all your promises.
I fall to the ground no matter how much i die for you ,you'll
never see the truth behind my words,behind my everlasting
love for you,behind my life.

    I watch as the life i had burns fast,turns to ashes before my eyes.
My heart grows still and cold inside it scourges black and slowly
melts away.My soul tires of this pain and sorrow.I watch
as the ground beneath my feet gives way as i fall through
cutting myself on the shards of broken dreams.These
wounds will never heal only deepen.I feel the end near me
as a wave of anguish overwhelms me. I feel no emotions
as i finally awaken from this nightmare called life.
