Mommy's Birthday Present Surprise!

Everyone has a birthday. Someone very special has a birthday coming this Friday. We have five days til her big day. Who is "her?" you ask! It's my mommy! Every year seems like the same thing but this year I'm changing it up. I'm gonna give her a very big surprise. A surprise of all surprises.

When I asked her what she would like for her birthday, she said "flowers would be nice. Daddy always gets her flowers. I asked her again, she says "cake would be nice". We always make her a cake. Third time I asked she says "surprise me!"

OK, now we're getting somewhere. A homemade card! Nope, did that last year. Surprise mommy! This is gonna be a challege.

I have five days to think about the greatest surprise for mommy. 1st day thought: I could rake the leaves! No leaves to rake. 2nd day thought: I could give her a vacation! not enough funds in the piggy bank. 3rd day thought: I could take out the garbage! 4th day thought: Breakfast in bed!

Mommy's birthday is here! Oh no! i still haven't found the right surprise. I can't go to the party with nothing from me!

Sitting up in my bedroom, still thinking about what i could give her for her surprise. I start cleaning up my toys. Wiping dust bunnies off the dresser with my sleeve. I fold and put my clothes away. All of a sudden, there was a knock at the door...It was mommy. As she walk in, she looked shock and excited.
