Reborn

Coldness of the wind
I can feel it trap my breath
freezing my veins

The sullen light takes control
uplifting me into a dark unknown
morbid winged shadows dance

Upon the rage of fire
boiling hot it consumes my life
that I know which is lost now

It ceases to be
for I am reborn in the new darkness
in the night of the full moon

With ill natured wings
I take flight
I take my first sinister breath of life

Upon death I will commit to feed
on haunting echos that scream
filling me complete

I begin to dance
In the fire of rage
new life begins in death
