I wrote this poem after losing my friend to suicide. I miss her so much.
Oh Faith, my mentor my friend
Why did you bring your life to an end?

We met each other at the EDC
And most of the time you seemed so happy.

I remember that one time that I let it slip
That you were sneaking Jillian in for a bit.

And then there was the time you spoke to my dad
And told him what a wonderful daughter he had.

You asked him to take good care of me
So in and out of treatment I wouldn't be.

We talked a lot and laughed together
We walked with the RCs in good and bad weather.

Faith, you made such an impact in my life
But now all I feel is pain and strife.

I don't know why you did it, and I never will
But now your hopes for me I long to fulfill.

I want to recover in your name, my love
I know you are watching me from up above.

You have changed my life forever and ever
I'll think of you until we're once again together.

I love you Faith.
