A Victum of Artifical Love

You see I'm a victim of an artificial love.



In love with a man who only loves himself,

Treating me as though I'm just another book on his shelf,

Trying my hardest to make this thing work,

Continuously covering up the fact that he's a jerk,

Doing everything in my will to change,

But still feeling like I'm out of my range,

Being treated like I'll never be good enough,

Feeling like my life is so rough.



You see I'm a victim of an artificial love.



Always have and always will be,

I'm starting to think that maybe it's me,

I think it's time I start looking for my official,

Because I'm tired of being in a love that's artificial.
