TERRORISM, ISLAM AND THE WORLD


The world is in turmoil. The spectre of terrorism stares us squarely in the eyes. Ordinary acts of terror can be crushed by an effective law and order machinery of the concerned state. They need not exercise the global mind. Why, then, is there a worldwide concern about terrorism and Islam? The answer is that both almost go in tandem.


For a change, I am going to discuss this subject by reproducing here four emails, including one from myself, that were posted in early 2009 by various persons on an e mail group list called nukkad which comprises mainly of intellectuals. Since these are written by others, there are likely to be some minor mistakes of grammar etc.

MAIL ONE— REPERCUSSIONS OF ISLAM ARE IN PROPORTION TO THEIR POPULATION CONCENTRATION

Islam grows in the following way:

Here's how it works (percentages source CIA: The World Fact Book, 2007).

As long as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they will be regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a
threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorful uniqueness:

United States -- Muslim 1.0%
Australia -- Muslim 1.5%
Canada -- Muslim 1.9%
China -- Muslim 1%-2%
Italy -- Muslim 1.5%
Norway -- Muslim 1.8%


At 2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities and disaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among
street gangs:

Denmark -- Muslim 2%
Germany -- Muslim 3.7%
United Kingdom -- Muslim 2.7%
Spain -- Muslim 4%
Thailand -- Muslim 4.6%


From 5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentage of the population. They will push for the introduction of halal (clean by Islamic
standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressure on supermarket chains to feature it on
their shelves -- along with threats for failure to comply. ( United States ).

France -- Muslim 8%
Philippines -- Muslim 5%
Sweden -- Muslim 5%
Switzerland -- Muslim 4.3%
The Netherlands -- Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad &Tobago -- Muslim 5.8%


At this point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rule themselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not to convert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world. When Muslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions ( Paris
--car-burnings). Any non-Muslim action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats ( Amsterdam - Mohammed cartoons).

Guyana -- Muslim 10%
India -- Muslim 13.4%
Israel -- Muslim 16%
Kenya -- Muslim 10%
Russia -- Muslim 10-15%


After reaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings and church and synagogue burning:

Ethiopia -- Muslim 32.8%


At 40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoing militia warfare:

Bosnia -- Muslim 40%
Chad -- Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon -- Muslim 59.7%


From 60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels:

Malaysia -- Muslim 60.4%
Qatar -- Muslim 77.5%
Sudan -- Muslim 70%


After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing and genocide:

100% will usher in the peace of 'Dar-es-Salaam' -- the Islamic House
of Peace -- there's supposed to be peace because everybody is a
Muslim:

Somalia -- Muslim 100%
Yemen -- Muslim 99.9%


Of course, that's not the case. To satisfy their blood lust, Muslims then start killing each other for a variety of reasons.

It is good to remember that in many, many countries, such as France, the Muslim populations are centered around ghettos based on their ethnicity. Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they exercise more power than their national average would indicate.

MAIL TWO—THE SITUATION IN SINGAPORE


I agree that when Muslims reach a number wherein they flex their muscles they can become a nuisance. Look at Singapore. When she became independent she had this Muslim problem, which was sometimes uncontrollable. But the then Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, had a plan where he systematically decimated the Muslim concentration in the
name of progress by building super highways that would cut across their concentration, and the displaced persons would be relocated at subsidized rates in areas where they are just a fraction (I think less than 4%) and that completely stiffled them. Likewise across the causeway in Malaysia, in the wee hours of the morning, the whole village or town will be blasting the Muslim call to prayer, and for those non-muslims tough luck if you have to get up early or need a good rest or are just recuperating from an illness. But not in Singapore, if one wishes to turn on the music to its maximum, make sure that it is not heard outside the confines of your home, otherwise the long arm of the law would have hit you so hard that you will still be wondering from where it came.

But which country or leader has the guts to follow Singapore's example. The Australians came very close - you should see the speech by the Prime Minister.

I think countries that have this Muslim problem should study how the Singapore government handled theirs very quietly but very effectively. Now you do not hear even a scream from the Muslims because the rule is applied evenly without fear or favor. The then Singapore government was under the leadership of Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew. Hope you have the chance to read his works or his autobiography. The action initiated was a coup de grace even without the victims knowing until it was all over and done with.

When my Muslim neighbor was asked if I would be killed if ever riots took place, the answer was NO, because he has known me and the family for so many years. But not to worry. He would make sure that another Muslim will do the job and do it well!

On the reverse of the coin, when a non-Muslim was asked the same question, the answer was, they would have to kill me first before they get to you.

MAIL THREE—THE AUSTRALIAN EXAMPLE –


Here is the speech by the Prime Minister.:

MINORITY MUSLIMS: OZ "GET ALONG, OR GET OUT!"


Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday by John Howard - Australian Prime Minister to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.

Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.


Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual
or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.'

'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom'

'We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our
society. Learn the language!'

'Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your
new home, because God is part of our culture.'

'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.'
['Islam' doesn't allow that!]

'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you to take every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, 'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.'

'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.'

MAIL FOUR [FROM ME]

The Australian PM's approach is laudable. What was not laudable was Indian PM Man Mohan Singh's loss of sleep over the incarceration, during police investigation, of a jihadi mentality Indian Muslim doctor, conveyed openly by him through the media. What to say of India, even USA does not have the guts to take a similar approach.

WHY? Because US oil import bill is 400 billion dollars per year, most of it from the Middle East. Australian oil import bill, in contrast, is 24 million US dollars per day, which means about 8.7 billion US dollars per year. Australia imports 20-30% of its oil. The majority of oil consumed by USA is imported.

USA can attack other countries for oil. It cannot afford to cut down on its luxurious wasteful oil consumption, nor can it afford to pay to the seller in the currency acceptable to the seller. That is the great American justice! Saddam paid for his insistence on payment in Euros, rather than the tottering US dollar, through the loss of, first, his Presidency and then his life!
