God is Great

Have you ever wondered when pray- how God is able to grant your wishes ? How is God able to manage this vast world? How is running this vast universe taking care of every minute details? We remember God every moment-good or bad. Have you ever wondered how God takes care of a filthy creature.
Just one person and so much work. He never takes a break. If He happens to take break, the whole universe will collapse. Does he have a computer? But when God was discovered, there was no computer. How does he fill ideas in our brain? How does he manages all the persons to come in each other's ways?
Why does not he become angry when we bother Him so much with our prayers and wishes?
