words to say
and in those times
i may know
how i feel
but i can't get
others to
understand

yesterday
i was
frustrated
but my silent response
said words
i wasn't saying
why can't i just be
quiet?

quiet
is not a word
used to describe
me
but...

sometimes when i'm
full
or
thinking
or
introspective
or
tired
or
frustrated
or
reflective
or
mad
or
nothing

sometimes i'm just
nothing...

then i need to
be quiet

and i hope
others will
let me be quiet
and let me be
me
