A poem I transcribed after meditating briefly.
The determined ant works endlessly,
unaware of the present danger.

The color of the future ever changing with each passing decision,
I wonder what is to come.

Why does the mind play tricks on us,
clouding ones vision?

Consciousness, a gift wrapped in self deceit.
