Endless Love

She gazed at the blazing sun,
and wondered what her life had become.
Three days had changed all that she knew,
nobody she cared for could help her through.
She had loved him with such emotion,
he was there through bad times to show his devotion.
But now the one she loved had gone,
the light in her life no longer shone.
As her red eyes once more filled with tears,
she realised that this was her worst fears.
She was thinking of them being together once more,
she knew she now had nothing worth living for.
She cried at the heavens 'No more pain you will cause!'
And as she took her own life she neither stuttered nor paused.
Just then a storm raged as her spirit raised high,
and there his love waited in the endless sky.
