A memorium poem for Father Rother, I never knew him but was very effected by his story.
The blood on the wall
And the chip in the floor
Made my skin crawl
I’ll remember evermore

His picture was placed
In the courtyard with care
Thus putting a face
To the work he did there

His generous heart
In a corner buried
Is now a part
Of the church that he married

Killed for his voice
By government command
They followed their choice
And stopped his servant hand
