Chains

These poems cover the the darkest most painful experiences I endured while in the most destructive relationship I've ever been in. There are also moments of extreme victory when I have my daughter after oopen heart surgery that I only knew I needed after Cecil threw me into a dresser and I ended up in the ER. I also left him. I saved my children and myself.

I removed most of these poems for a while, because even though these are some of my most intense and inspired poems, it took me to somwhere I wanted in my past.

This is my past. This is what I have survived- depite the odds.
