Staying up late just to watch him sleep.
I stay up late to watch you sleep,
and I pick out new pieces of you
that I have yet to kiss.

I trace the shape of your lips, so that
I may remember their powerfullness
and the excitement they bring me.

I clench the curves of you arms,
to feel their strength, for when you
hold me close to your chest.

I memorize the rhythm of your
heartbeat, as it becomes,
My Favorite Lullabye.
