Trumpets sound at dawn’s creation;
matter forms where once was void.
Man evolves in jubilation,
soon to lose what sin destroyed.

Trumpets sound at dawn’s salvation;
from the east the angels sing.
Son of peace prevents damnation.
Man in turn doth kill the King.

Trumpets sound at dawn’s cessation;
no time left to heed the call.
Faithful rise in exaltation.
Callous souls affirm Man's fall.
