Cozy drinking in a familiar place
Laughter loud and I'll buy another round,
Fuel fulfilled brains clump and clash with sound,
A punch vibrates violence at a face
An anonymous soul falls to the ground.
Blood splattered traces form hypnotic shapes,
A bouncing boy waddles through like an ape,
Blue flashes and a siren sound resounds.

Anger erupts over some silly things,
Outcomes spiralling from the quick event,
Time and energy spent in futile form.
Underlying fear throughout the day clings,
Wherefore is the peace and love heaven sent?
Existence veers toward a heavy storm.
