Boogers the Cat

I once had a cat named Boogers
He was no ordinary pet
Though he loved me dearly
And hated trips to the vet.

Boogers he was named
For his tendency to sneeze
And let fly actual boogers
Anywhere he pleased.

These weren’t just average boogers
Though they were rather yucky
But in addition to this trait
They were terribly unlucky

He would aim them at my guests
Both at my friends and foes
Sometimes at their faces
Sometimes at their toes.

They would lose their money
They might also lose their friends
And those who mistakenly ate them
Would surely meet their ends.

And then one day he ate one
That had landed on a rat
And that was the end of Boogers
The sneezing, boogery cat.
