Love like an Ocean

Went to the ocean today: Makes me giddy almost every time.
I stopped to think, what does the ocean remind me of?
and then it came to me:
Love, I know corny. Who hasnt compared the ocean
to romance?
It kept my mind pondering for a while, however.
The ferosity of Love can be compared to the ocean.
Relentless, Powerful, Inspiring
The sweetness of Love
standing at the brink of an ocean,
letting the impossibly continous laps of water, kiss
your feet as you stand tranquit
laking in the sound and the smell, of Love.
The forgivness of Love
Blemishes, Wounds, Marks
Walls and Fortresses are made
and yet none can stand against an ocean,
against Love
The cooling water will slowly and gently wipe,
wipe away past mistakes and start anew
time after
        time after
                  time
No wonder why the ocean is romantic
Its simply a powerful demonstration of Love
that we all yearn for
