Diff. beginnings to my hannah&beanstalk

Note: Whenever the Giant says he's going to make me immortal, he is the only giant that knows how to make this special food.(I'm saying this here so I don't have to keep repeating "I'm the only giant that knows how to make this special food.")



Beginning#1: I was walking through the open woods. It was a beautiful day. Out of nowhere, a HUGE monster came out & tried to grab me! I screamed my head off. Before I could even try to run away, the Monster grabbed me! "You're not going ANYWHERE!" He said.

         "PUT...HER...DOWN!" The Giant said.

         "Why don't you come over here & make me!?" The Monster asked challengingly. The Giant ran over to the Monster & punched him in the face. The Monster let go of me & ran away. The Giant caught me before I hit the ground. (And, boy was I shaking like crazy!). Plus, I was whimpering quietly, & tears were running down my face.

         "Shh," he cooed, "It's ok, little one. Calm down. You're safe now," the Giant said in a quiet & soothing voice. (so he wouldn't hurt my tiny & delicate ears & so I could calm down). Even though he saved my life, I was scared of him. (Although, his hands were soft, warm & gentle).

         "W-w-what a-are y-you g-going t-to d-do t-to m-me?" I asked stuttering fearfully. "P-please don't h-hurt m-me. P-please don't e-eat me." I begged. "B-but i-if y-you do a-any of th-those things, can you p-please try & make it a-as p-painless as possible?!"

         "*Chuckles a bit* Don't worry little one. I won't eat you, & I won't hurt you either. But, as you can see, you're not safe here. So, I'm taking you home with me. I'm going to make you immortal. I'm the only giant that knows how to make this special food. You will live with me forever. Don't worry, I won't force you to sleep in a cage. Nor will I force you to wear a collar. Plus, you'll still get free will." The Giant said.

Beginning #2: I woke up one morning & my room was a lot darker than it usually is. I went downstairs. But I decided to get dressed first. When I got downstairs, I opened the door & saw a giant! I screamed (of course). Then, a giant hand came towards me & I tried to run for my life! But, to my luck, I tripped (on my own two feet) & fell. I then felt a giant hand wrap around me! I screamed again but to no avail. I then passed out. When I came to, I was in a strange (& giant) bed! "Hello there, little one. I'm glad you're awake," the Giant said. I put my hands on my head (because my head hurt). I felt something wrapped around my head. To be continued



Beginning #3: I awoke to a sound (& sight) that no one wants to hear or see. I saw the roof of my cottage being torn off! To my horror, I saw a GIANT! I screamed at the top of my lungs. Suddenly, my screaming was cut short by a giant hand reaching in & grabbing me! I knew what was about to happen to me. I was going to be eaten by this giant! I tried to struggle, squirm, & fight. But, it was no use!

         "P-please d-don't eat me!" I stuttered. (I was on the verge of tears!)

         "Calm down little one, it's gonna be ok. I promise. I'm not gonna hurt you," the Giant said. I didn't believe him not even for a second.

         "Eat you? I would never do something so horrible! In my whole life I've never eaten a human. And I don't plan to either."

Beginning #4: I woke up one morning & my room was darker than usual. I got up, got dressed, & opened my blinds. To my horror, I saw a beanstalk! I went downstairs, opened the door, & went outside. I looked up at the beanstalk. I guessed that it was at least 1,000 to 2,000 feet high. I'm DEATHLY scared of heights. But, my curiosity got the better of me. I started climbing. I was just about half way there when, I felt the beanstalk shake violently! I looked down & saw a GIANT climbing behind me! I started to panic. So, I began to climb up faster. Suddenly, I slipped & started to fall! I landed on something huge. When I opened my eyes, I saw that I was in the Giants' hand. "It's ok little one, I've got you." He said. (I was shaking severely).

         "You-you s-saved my life. Thank you. Most giants w-wouldn't ever o-or even dare save a humans' life. Unless...they plan on eating them." I said stuttering in fear. (I was grateful too). To be continued



Beginning #5: I woke up one morning & my room was darker than usual. I got up, got dressed, & went downstairs. When I opened the door, I saw a giant beanstalk! (I also saw a giant sleeping next to the beanstalk!) I was scared senseless! I ran upstairs & hid. The Giant woke up. Then, he looked in the window of my room & saw me cowering! He then saw me get up, & he lied back down. I (reluctantly) went back downstairs. I opened the door again. I saw the Giant & he was awake! I screamed. "Shh," he cooed. "Calm down little one. I'm not going to hurt you. I don't eat humans. I never have & never will. It's ok." The Giant then reached for me & I tried to run but I couldn't move. "I'm going to pick you up. Is that ok?" The Giant asked. I nodded. He reached for me, but he was slow & careful. I was REALLY scared. The Giant gently picked me up. "Wow little one. You're very beautiful," he said quietly.

         "T-thank you." I stammered.

         "You're very welcome. I'm sorry that I scared you. ...But I have a confession to make. I'm down here because I want to find a human & bring them back home with me. And I want you to be that one."

Beginning #6: I woke up one morning & I wasn't in my bed, or my cottage for that matter. I got scared. I fell asleep in my bed! Then, I heard thunderous footsteps. I started quaking in fear. I closed my eyes tight. I then heard a door open then a giant hand wrapped around me! I was lifted into the air. "Hey little one, it's time to wake up." The Giant said in a whisper.

         "W-where a-am I? W-what a-are y-you g-going t-t-to d-do to me?" I asked stuttering with fear.

         "Well, you are in my home. I'm not going to do anything to you. Except take care of you." The Giant said.

         "If you m-mean kill me or eat m-me, please make it as painless as possible!" I pleaded.

         "*Laughs a little* Eat you? Kill you? Why would I do something so horrible? If I was like that, do you think you would've woken up in my bed?" The Giant asked bewildered.

         "Possibly...Can I please go home?" I asked. Before the Giant could answer, my stomach growled.

         "Looks like my pet is hungry."

         "I-I'm a-a p-pet?"

         "In a way. Now, here are my rules for you: you will not sleep in a cage, wear a collar, or eat pet food. You will eat what I eat. I'm making you immortal. You will not age, die, etc. ...And no you can't go home."

         "But, where will I sleep?"

         "I'll tell you later. I want to feed you first."

Beginning #7: I woke up one morning & my room was a bit dark (slightly due to my blinds being closed). I got up, got dressed, went downstairs, & opened the door. I walked outside, & found a nice, warm, soft patch of grass, & fell asleep. Later, I felt something touch me. I awoke, looked up, & saw a GIANT! I was about to scream when, the Giant put a finger over my mouth! "I highly suggest not to scream," he said. Before he could lift me up, I ran as fast as I could. I was starting to get tired after running for what seemed like hours. But, I found a tree & saw a hole in it. I ran into the hole & stayed as quiet as possible. The ground started shaking. I heard thunderous footsteps. "I know you're around here somewhere," the Giant said. He looked at the tree. He thought "either I pick up the tree & risk hurting her, killing her (hopefully not) and/or scaring her. Or, I stick my arm in & possibly risk the same thing." He stuck his arm into the hole & felt around for me. He touched me & I jumped back. "Ah ha." The Giant said. He stuck his arm in further & gently & carefully wrapped his fingers around my tiny form. I struggled to go free but to no avail. I started to cry. "Shh, it's ok little one. I'm not going to harm you."

Beginning #8: I woke up one morning & I wasn't in my room. I looked around sleepily & realized I was on a GIANT bed! I started whimpering & shaking. The room started to shake & I heard thunderous footsteps. The door slowly opened. And a Giant walked in & closed the door as quietly as he could. Then, he turned around, looked at me, & smiled. "Hello little one, you awake?" The Giant asked quietly. I didn't answer. I had my eyes closed. He walked over to the bed. He walked slowly & quietly. He knew that the way he normally walked would be loud & shake the room. He sat down next to my sleeping form. Then, he started to gently, softly, & carefully pet my body. I fell back to sleep. The Giant sat down in a chair that was next to the bed & relaxed. Then, I woke up. "Hey there, little one," the Giant said.

         "W-w-where a-am I? What are y-you g-going t-to do to me?" I asked fearfully.

         "Shh," he cooed. "Calm down little one. I'm not going to hurt you. You are in my home & in my bed. I brought you here & put you in my bed. You weren't safe where you were." To be continued



Beginning #9: I woke up & realized there was a beanstalk right out side my cottage! "How the HECK did this get here? I didn't plant it." I then started climbing the beanstalk. I finished climbing & saw a GIANT CASTLE! I knew I would see a giant. But, I was hungry. So, I foolishly walked up to the giant door & knocked. Then, I heard a voice saying "I'm coming. I'm coming." The door opened. The second I saw the Giant, I fainted right on the doorstep. When I woke up, I was on a giant bed. Something smelled really good & delicious. "Hey there little one, sorry if I scared you. You look hungry," the Giant said. I nodded. I was still scared to death though. The Giant put some food on his hand & brought it down to me. "Here you go little one. Mind if I feed you?" He asked. I was too scared to move. "Aww, it's ok little one. I'm not going to hurt you."

         "Why a-are y-you being s-so n-nice to me? G-giants are s-supposed to e-eat humans." I stuttered.

         "I'm not like the other giants. Only about 5-10% of giants are gentle. The food that I'm giving you will make you immortal, like me. You weren't safe where you were. That's why that beanstalk appeared. You will be safe with me."

Beginning #10: I woke up & I was in a nice, warm, soft patch of grass outside. But, I couldn't see anything. I thought "either I'm blindfolded, it's still dark, it's cloudy, or something is standing over me." I felt something warm touch my body. Then, I felt warm air. (I guessed it was breath.) I thought:"I sure hope I'm not inside a mouth." I heard a voice tell me, "Don't move, or scream." I then felt a massive hand carefully come under me. Then, I felt massive fingers wrap around me. Even though I was told not to move, I couldn't help but quake in fear. "I'm putting you in my shirt pocket," the Giant said. Then, he put me in his pocket, & started to climb. I fell asleep. "Wake up little one," the Giant said. I slowly opened my eyes. When I saw the Giant, I almost fainted.

Beginning #11: "Time to wake up little one." A voice says to me. My eyes sprang open & I saw something that no human ever wants to come in contact with. It was a GIANT! I quickly crawled under the covers. I was shaking & whimpering. "Whoa, Whoa little one. Come out from under there. I'm not here to hurt you." said the Giant. I didn't move. I felt a hand gently touch the blanket covering me. About five seconds later, the blanket was off of me. The Giant put a finger on top of me. I let out a gasp. "Shh, it's ok little one. Calm down," he said. That's when I felt the finger moving slowly & gently up & down my back, & neck. My body unwillingly relaxed. All the while, he was saying, "It's ok. I'm not going to hurt you, I promise." Then, I fell asleep again. When I awoke, I was in the Giants' hand. I opened my eyes & got scared.

         "W-what a-are you g-going to d-do t-to me? Please don't eat me." I begged.

         "Calm down, little one. I'm not going to hurt you. And I'm not going to eat you either," the Giant assured me.

Beginning #12: I was walking through the open woods when a HUGE figure jumped out & tried to grab me! (He succeeded.) I screamed & tried to run! "Oh no, you're NOT going ANYWHERE!" Screamed the Monster. Then, out of nowhere, a giant came in.

         "PUT... HER...DOWN! She's not going to stop struggling until you do." The Giant said.

         "Actually, seeing them struggle makes them taste better. And they keep struggling if swallowed whole. Which makes them taste ten times better! So, why don't you MAKE ME?!" The Monster taunted. The Giant ran towards the Monster & punched him in the face. The Monster dropped me & ran away. The Giant managed to catch me just inches before I hit the ground. I was in the Giants' hand shaking, whimpering, & tears rolling down my face.

         The Giant asked, "You ok?" (His voice was a bit shaky.) I was too scared & shaken up to answer.

         "T-thank you f-for s-saving me." I managed to say.

         "You're very welcome, little one. You're safe now. But, I have to tell you something. This may scare you even more than you already are. I'm taking you home with me."

         My eyes widened & I got really scared. "W-what a-are you going to d-do to me?" I asked fearfully.

         "I'm going to keep you safe. I'm not going to hurt you, nor will I eat you."

Beginning #13: I woke up on a huge table. I looked around & I saw a GIANT! And he was watching me! "W-where am I?" I asked with a shaky voice.

         "You're in my home," the Giant said.

         "W-what a-are you going t-to do to m-me?" I asked stuttering with fear.

         "Shh, calm down, little one. I'm not gonna hurt you," the Giant said. I then saw that I was about to be picked up by the Giant. "I know you're scared. I just want to pick you up & take you into a more comfortable room." The Giant said. He put his hand down on the table & asked me to climb on. I was about to refuse but I thought about what would happen if I did refuse. I climbed on & the Giant cupped his hands to keep me from falling. He took me into his room & put me on his bed.

Beginning #14: I woke up & I was outside. I was in a nice, warm, soft patch of grass. I couldn't see anything. I felt a giant hand touch me! I whimpered. I couldn't move. I was lifted into the air. I had my eyes closed. "Open your eyes, little one." The Giant said softly (he didn't want to hurt my ears). I felt like I was tied up! I opened my eyes even though I didn't want to. I saw a giant (& that I was tied up)! Then, the Giant put a finger on me. I started trying to struggle & squirm, but it didn't work. "Hey, hey," the Giant said trying to calm me down. "...I'm trying to help you. I'm going to try & untie you." The Giant said. I was shaking in fear. He carefully & gently started to untie me. About 10 minutes later, the Giant had successfully untied me. "Open your eyes little one. I've untied you." The Giant said. I opened my eyes & I was now face to face with a smiling giant.

         "W-what a-are you g-going t-to do to me?" I asked with fear.

         "For now, I just want to talk to you & get to know you." He said.

Beginning #15: I was walking through the open woods when, I ran/walked into a giant. The Giant bent down & said, "Well what have we here?" I was curled up into a ball shaking. I saw a giant hand slowly coming towards me. I slammed my eyes shut. "My, what a scared thing you are." The Giant said. He then put a giant finger on me. "Shh," he cooed. "It's ok little one. It's ok. Calm down. I'm not gonna hurt you." The Giant said as he carefully picked me up.

Beginning #16: I was walking through the open woods when I walked into a sleeping giant. Just as I was about to run back, the Giant woke up. I was too scared to move. The Giant looked down, & saw me! "What's this?" He asked. His arm came towards me & moved me closer to him. "I-I don't believe this. It's a human. And a beautiful one at that," the Giant said amazed. He picked me up & I tried to scream but nothing came out. "Shh," he cooed. "Calm down, little one. I'm not going to harm you." The Giant said.

Beginning #17: I was watching a movie & lying on the couch in my cottage. I heard thunderous footsteps. After about 10 minutes, the noise stopped as suddenly as it had started. I was scared but I tried to ignore it. I heard a knock at the door. I got up & walked to the door. I opened it & to my horror, I saw a GIANT! I ran upstairs & hid. The Giant thought this might happen. He knocked on my window. I didn't move a muscle. The Giant then carefully opened the window. But, his hand wouldn't fit. So he lifted the roof off of my cottage. His hand came in. He found me & his fingers gently wrapped around my tiny body! He slowly pulled me out & opened his hand. He looked at me & smiled. "Hello little one," the Giant said. I was too scared to open my eyes, respond, or speak. Then, the Giant said "Open your eyes little one. You're safe. I won't hurt you, I promise." I reluctantly opened my eyes. I saw the Giant smiling. "My what beautiful eyes you have little one." Said the Giant. I smiled back.

         "T-thank you Mr. Giant sir. S-so, you're not gonna hurt me r-right?"

         "Don't worry little one. I won't hurt, crush, or eat you. I came here to capture you." The Giant said. My eyes widened. I thought "that was way worse." (I figured he would make me his slave.) "I'm making you my pet. I'm going to take care of you forever. I will make you immortal. I will make you special food. I'm also immortal. You will eat what I eat. You will not sleep in a cage, or wear a collar. You will still get free will...for the most part."

         "W-wh-why are you doing this?"

         "I'm doing this because I know other giants were planning to come here to get you & eat you, hurt you, and/or make you their slave. You will be safe with me. I will protect you. I will make you happy. I will give you attention. Plus, I will treat you like a human. But, also a pet," the Giant said.

Beginning #18: "WAKE UP human!" A voice hissed. I woke up & was surrounded (or so I thought) by hungry man-eating monsters! "As you can see, you will be eaten. You will get to choose whether you are dinner, or dessert."

         "I choose neither." I said.

         "HA! You fool! You stupid, ignorant thing! (He said some other things/insults to me. But, I would rather not say. Use your imagination). "If you won't choose, then I will!" The Monster yelled. Then, the Monster picked me up & opened his mouth! I was hanging just inches from my death (which would be this Monsters' mouth)! I begged for mercy!

         Then, out of nowhere, "PUT... HER... DOWN... RIGHT... NOW!!" A Giant demanded.

         "Why don't you come over here & MAKE ME?!" The Monster asked rudely. The Giant walked over to the Monster & punched him in the face! He screamed & dropped me! The Giant caught me just inches before I hit the ground.

         "Are you ok little one?" The Giant asked me. (I was so scared, that I was shaking.)

         I managed to say "T-thank you for s-saving my life," I then passed out. I woke up on a giant hand.

         "Hello little one."

Beginning #19:It was about 12:00 midnight & there was a thunderstorm. It was so loud that, it woke me up. My blinds were open so the lightning was even brighter. Then, the next flash of lightning, I saw a GIANT! I pulled up my blanket over me. The window opened & a hand came in & grabbed me! The blanket was still around me. I was put into something. The movement I felt, surprisingly lulled me to sleep. I woke up & yawned. I thought it was a dream. And boy was I wrong. I opened my eyes & saw a huge giant. I hid under my covers...again. "It's ok little one. Come on out. I'm not going to hurt you," the Giant said.

Beginning #20:It was about 12:00 midnight. I woke up because I felt like something was wrong (off, about to happen, etc.). Then, I heard my window open! I hid under my covers. The Giants' hand found my body & wrapped around my tiny form.(The blanket was still around me.) I was shaking like crazy. "Shh, calm down little one." The Giant said. He started to move the blanket a bit to see me. When he did, I was curled up into a ball. "My what a shy & scared one you are." The Giant said quietly with a hint of worry. "I'm not gonna to hurt you. I promise," he said. Then, he put me in his shirt pocket & I fell asleep. I woke up in a giant hand. "My my, you are cute, little one." The Giant said. When I heard that I panicked!

         "P-please d-don't hurt m-me, M-Mr. G-giant. I'll d-do a-anything to n-not t-t-to get eaten, or get k-k-killed!" I sobbed.

         "Calm down, my sweet little one. I'm not going to hurt you, eat you, or kill you," The Giant said, trying to calm me down.

         "I-I w-w-want to go home!" I cried.

         "That, little one, isn't going to happen. You will be staying here with me."

Beginning #21: I was lying in a nice warm, soft patch of grass watching the clouds. (I was cloud watching). Looking at the different shapes, sizes, etc. of the clouds. I saw one & thought that it looked like a cat. Then, a HUGE shadow appeared. I looked behind me & saw a GIANT! I was both too scared & too comfortable to move. The Giant bent down & then he sat down next to me! Then, he lied down! He pointed at a cloud & said "Look at that one, it looks like a castle with a beautiful princess. No, not a princess, it looks like you." I looked at the cloud & realized he was right. The next thing I knew, the Giant asked me "Can I pick you up?" I was surprised. He actually asked me! (Most giants, if not all giants would never ask!) I nodded. The Giant put his hand down & put it under my body. He slowly lifted me up. "Hey, you're kind of cute. But, you're just beautiful & stunning! I'm going to take you home with me ok?" He said. I started shaking. Then, I started to cry. "Shh, it's ok, little one. I'm not going to hurt you. Nor will I eat you, kill you, or make you a slave. You won't be tortured either," the Giant said. When we got to his home, he said "Welcome to my home."

Beginning #22: I looked up at a huge beanstalk. I was just about to climb it when a giant walked/snuck up behind me! "That's a big beanstalk." The Giant said.

         Not realizing that he was a giant, I said "Yes it is." Then, I whirled around & saw the Giant. I dropped to my knees & started begging. "Please don't eat me! I'll do anything. I'll even be your human slave!" The Giant looked at me with a confused look. He cocked one of his eyebrows.

         "Aww. I'm not going to do that to you. I'm not going to eat you, or make you a slave." The Giant said. "I'm going to take you to my home though. I might even keep you as a pet. But don't worry, if I do, you will be treated like a human. Plus, you won't sleep in a cage, wear a collar, or eat pet food. I'll feed you the food I eat. You'll become immortal from the food. I'm also immortal. You will get free will...for the most part."

Beginning #23:I was sleeping. I was taken in my sleep & didn't know it yet. There were 2 slices of bread, lettuce, tomato, onions, green pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, cucumber, cheese, Jalapeño, pickles, & a few other ingredients. The top of the sandwich was put on. "Now where should I put her in this sandwich?" The Monster asked himself quietly. The Monster picked me up & put me in the sandwich. "WAKE UP HUMAN!!" Shouted the Monster. I woke up & my head was outside of the sandwich! I tried to scream for help but the Monster said "IF you scream for help, you will be in the first bite! GOT IT?!" I nodded. A giant just so happen to be close by. He hid & watched. I started to whimper. Then came the tears. The Monsters' tongue darted out towards me! He licked my tears! "Mmm. Mmm. Mmm! Your tears taste good. Which means you will taste even better!" The Monster said evilly. I started shaking. He took the first bite & I thought my feet were about to be bitten off. He took another bite but this time, it was next to my left side. I could barely suppress my scream. About 10 bites later, there were only about 3 bites left, including me! I let out a scream. I was so frightened I just couldn't help it! By this time, the Giant had seen enough.

         He jumped out & yelled "LET HER GO!"

         The Monster asked "Why should I? I found her, I captured her- -"

         "W-w-while I was sleeping!" I interrupted.

         "Give her to me now OR I will punch you!"

         "Go ahead punch me! If you can, you can have her. If you can't you have to watch while I eat her & make it very VERY painful!"

         "Deal!" said the Giant. I was horrified! Then, the Giant walked over to the Monster & punched him in the face! The Monster ran away. The Giant took me out of the sandwich. "A-are you ok, little one?" The Giant asked.

Beginning #24:I woke up & saw a beanstalk. I got up, got dressed, went downstairs, & opened the door. I walked outside & looked up. I then started to climb. The beanstalk was at least 1,000 feet high. I was sure that it was 2,000 feet high. When I finally reached the top, I saw a HUGE castle. I walked up to this huge place & thought about knocking on this huge door. I realized no one would hear me knock. I saw a crack in the door, just big enough for me to fit. And just big enough for me to get in. I walked in & saw a HUGE giant at the table! He started sniffing the air! "I smell a human." Said the Giant. I got scared. I knew I was going to get eaten and/or killed. The Giant looked down at the door, & spotted me. The Giant got up & slowly walked over to me. I was shaking so severely, I thought I would have a seizure or heart attack! I was WAY TOO scared to move. The Giant thought "why isn't she screaming, or at least trying to run away?" Then, the Giant bent down & saw tears coming from my eyes. "How did you get in here, little one? Did you get in through the crack in the door?" The Giant asked. I nodded. He smiled which scared the crap out of me.

Beginning #25:I woke up & I felt movement. I opened my eyes & saw a giant. I saw a huge castle in the distance. When we got inside, the Giant looked at me & saw that I was awake. I saw a pillow on the table. He put me on the pillow. The Giant then put a finger on top of me. He looked like he was trying to read my mind or something! I managed to gather up the little courage I had & said, "Why am I here? I hope you're not going to eat me."

         "Well...I brought you here because you & I are going to be friends. Only, you will live here. And no, I'm not going to eat you."

Beginning #26:It all started when a huge beanstalk magically appeared outside of my cottage. I started climbing the beanstalk (despite my fear of heights). I climbed & climbed. Finally, I arrived at the top. I saw a beautiful castle. I went up to it. I squeezed through the crack in the door. I saw a giant eating! To my horror, he started sniffing the air! "I think I smell a human," the Giant said. He got up & looked by the door. He spotted me. I tried to run, but I was too scared to move. I was frozen with fear. The Giant bent down & smiled. He slowly moved his hand closer to me. I started shaking even worse than I already was. The Giants' hand moved me closer to him. "How did you get in here, little one?" The Giant asked me. Then, he saw the small crack in the door. The Giant looked worried. "Little one, what's your name?"

         "M-my n-name is H-hannah. Please don't eat me." I said. The Giant looked at me.

         "Shh, it'll be ok. You have a beautiful name."

         "Thank you." I said. I hoped the Giant doesn't eat me.

         "I don't eat humans." Said the Giant. I then saw his hand swoop in, & he picked me up. He took me in his room & put me on his bed.

Beginning #27"WAKE UP HUMAN!" A voice yelled. I opened my eyes & saw a monster. Worst of all, I was on a plate! "I just thought you would like to watch as you're eaten, you will be in a sandwich. Oh, & if you try to run, I'll break your leg &/or every bone in your body!" Said the Monster. He lifted me up, put a slice of bread under me & then he put me back down. I looked around wildly & I was surrounded by sandwich ingredients! The Monster put lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, a chicken slice, ham, roast beef, onion, green pepper, & then the top slice of bread. He took me out of the sandwich & put me back in somewhere in the middle. I started to cry. "Cry all you want runt. You're going to be eaten whether you like it or not!" The Monster said as he took the first bite. "I'm feeling a bit generous at the moment. I will save the part you're in, for last." Said the Monster as he ripped off the piece I was in. After he ate the rest of the sandwich, he picked up the piece I was in. He slowly brought it up to his gaping wet cave of a mouth. I screamed at the top of my lungs. Then, a giant heard my scream & came to my rescue!

         "Drop the girl now! She hasn't done anything to deserve being eaten. Take her out of the sandwich, put her on the plate, & leave this place." The Giant said. The Monster didn't listen.

         "HA! You can't tell me what to do!" He said. Then, he took another bite & nearly bit me in half! The Giant ran towards the Monster, punched him in the face, & grabbed the part of the sandwich I was in. The Monster ran away. The Giant opened the sandwich, took me out of it, & threw the sandwich on the ground.

         "A-are you ok, little one?" the Giant asked me. I was still crying. I was shaking severely. "I'm taking you home with me." He said. I was so scared, I passed out. When I came to, I was in a giant bed. The Giant looked worried. "Thank goodness you're awake." He said relieved.

         "Please don't eat me. I'm begging you." I said. I was back to crying.

         Hey, hey, it's ok little one. Calm down, I won't hurt you. And that includes eating you. I don't eat humans." The Giant said. The Giant put some food on the bed. "You look hungry, little one. This is special food. It will make you immortal. I'm also immortal. If you eat it, you won't age, die, etc." When I heard him say I wouldn't die, I ate the food.

Beginning #28: I woke up one morning & I felt pretty good. I got up, got dressed, & walked downstairs. I ate breakfast. After I ate, I opened the door. I started to go on a walk. I found a nice warm, soft patch of grass. I lied down & fell asleep. A few hours later, I woke up & a giant was standing over me!

Beginning #29:It seemed to be a dream. It sure felt like a dream. I was sleeping & a giant quietly lifted the roof off of my cottage. Then, he lifted me up including my pillow & blanket. I was still sleeping soundly. Then, everything went dark. Movement was heard & felt. Then, the Giant took me out of his pocket & whispered, "Wow, she's still asleep." He then walked into his room & put me on the bed. Then, I woke up. I looked around, & realized that I wasn't dreaming. I looked on the side of the bed, & the Giant was sleeping. I started to whimper, & then began to panic. I tried to see how high up the bed was from the ground. To me, it looked like it was about 200 feet! I started crying. The Giant woke up & saw that I was awake. Then, he noticed I was panic stricken, & that I have tears running down my face. I was in the fetal position.

         I was whispering "Please don't kill me." The Giant got up, walked over to the other side of the bed, & sat down. The Giant lifted me up, moved my pillow & blanket, lied down on the bed, put my pillow on him, put me down, then put the blanket on top of me. The Giant could feel me shaking. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a huge hand come down! I cringed, winced & braced for the horribly painful impact. But, it never came. I felt just one finger, & it was gentle...

Beginning 30: I woke up & I was face to face with a giant monster!! And boy did I have a freaked out look on my face. The giant Monster licked his lips. I started to sweat. I could see the evil, hungry look in his eyes. "I'll make you a deal. If you don't beg me not to eat you, I will make sure it is less painful. But, if you do beg, I will make sure it is very painful. Got it?" He asked me. I nodded. "Good." He started telling me step by step how he was eating me. "I'm bringing you up to my mouth. Now, your feet are- -"

         "I really don't want to hear each step." I said.

         "Ok. But, only because you're not begging me to stop eating you." Then, I felt my legs being pushed into his wet mouth. He pulled my legs out. Then, he pushed my body in his mouth & it was up to my chest! He pulled me out. "I can't believe you're not screaming!" He said. Then, he nearly put my whole body in his mouth! Only my head was out. Next, he turned me around."Now, let's see what it's like with your head." I managed to suppress a scream. He stuck my head in his wet, gaping, & dark mouth. He closed his lips. It was pitch black! Then, he pushed my whole body in! I screamed! Suddenly, he pulled me out. "You will be the best tasting thing (human) ever."

         "Thank you...I think." I said. Then, the giant Monster looked at me evilly.

         "Now, beg for your pathetic life!" He demanded evilly. He lifted me up me up over his wide open, wet, gaping mouth. His sharp, white teeth were glistening. I was dangling over his mouth! I screamed again. To my luck, a giant happened to be walking by.

         "Please don't eat me! A-at least not today! Wouldn't I taste better with more meat on me? I'm skinny!"

         "Uh so?" He asked. Then, he let go! I screamed for my life! It all seemed to happen in slow motion. The Giant jumped out. The Monster caught me in his hand.

         "Let her go. She doesn't deserve to get eaten. Especially, by you!" Said the Giant. Then, he walked over to the Monster & tried to grab me. The Monster let go of me & I landed in his mouth! I screamed. The Giant punched the Monster in the face. He spat me out & ran away. I was crying & quaking in fear. The Giant bent down & picked me up. He started to clean me off with a soft cloth. The cloth smelled nice & clean. It also felt good. "There you go," said the Giant in a quiet voice.

         "Thank you for saving my life. I owe you one. No. I owe you my life. If you want to eat me, you can. But only because you saved my life."

         "I won't eat you. Would you like to come home with me & be my pet instead? It'll be fun. You'll never die, or age. I'm going to feed you special food that only I know how to make. I'm actually immortal. And so will you, once you eat the food. No sleeping in a cage. No wearing a collar. No eating pet food. You WILL get free will. I will treat you like a human. You will be safe." I looked up at my savior. Then, I smiled.

         "I would love to." I said.

         "Wonderful. So, what's your name little one?"

         "Hannah."

         "What a beautiful name."

         "Thank you."

         "You're very welcome." He said touching my nose lightly. It made me laugh a bit. To be continued



Beginning 31:I was walking & I fell off of a cliff! I was holding on to a tree limb for dear life. "Help me!" I called. Then, a giant heard me. He looked down & saw me. "Please help me! I don't want to die! At least not like this!" I cried.

         "Don't worry. I'll save you." The Giant said. The branch cracked & I started to fall! I screamed. "Gotcha!" I landed in a giant hand. This Giant saved my life! I hugged one of the Giants' fingers.

         "You saved my life! I can't thank you enough! I owe you my life." I said gratefully.

         "You're very welcome." He said.

Beginning 32: I was walking & I saw a comfortable bed. I went & lied down on it. Suddenly, a box slammed down on top of me & everything went dark! The box was lifted up & a giant saw me! "Well, it looks like my plan/trap worked." The Giant said. "Do you have a name little one?" He asked. I nodded.

         "Y-yes. My name i-is Hannah. I don't know why you want to know my name. You're just going to eat me anyway." I said. The Giant looked at me.

         "Well, you are right about giants eating humans, & that they wouldn't bother learning or asking the humans for their names. But you're wrong about me eating you. I'm not going to eat you. I don't eat humans."

Beginning 33: I was walking & I saw a giant in the distance. I hoped he didn't see me. The Giant had in fact seen me. He started walking towards me! I ran for my life. As I was running, I tripped on a tree root! STUPID TREE ROOT! I hit my head on something hard. Causing me to pass out. The Giant found me. (I was still unconscious) He carefully picked me up, & started walking back to his home. He put something on my head. Then, he put my (still out cold) body on his bed. Later, I woke up & had a horrible head ache. "What happened?... To be continued



Beginning 34: I was walking & didn't notice until it was too late. I took another step & the ground under me broke! I fell into a huge hole. It hadn't looked like there was a hole before I stepped on it though. I thought "either this is a trap for me, or something else." Then, the ground started to shake! A giant shadow was cast over me. The Giant peered into the hole & saw me. His arm came in & his hand was on top of me! I jumped. Then, the Giant wrapped his fingers around me & lifted me up! The Giant took me back home with him. My arm hurt really bad. I awoke again because I must've passed out from the pain & fear. My arm was wrapped up. When I tried to move it, I cried out in pain. The Giant heard me & came over to me & asked "Your arm hurts doesn't it?" I nodded. "I've got bad news. Your arm is broken. That trap you fell in, was set by another monster or giant. I'm going to nurse you back to health."

Beginning 35: I was captured by a monster. "Mmm. I can't wait to eat you." Said the Monster. He had me dangling over his mouth! I started freaking out. A Giant heard me came to rescue me. He punched the Monster in the face. The Monster dropped me & ran away. The Giant tried to catch me before I hit the ground but failed. I crashed on to the hard, cold, & unforgiving ground with a loud & painful thud! I couldn't move my leg! The Giant carefully picked me up. I passed out from both the pain, & the fall. I woke up & something was different. There was a cast on my leg.

Beginning 36: I woke up one morning & I noticed my room was much darker than it should be at 8:00 in the morning. So I got up, got dressed, & then I went downstairs. When I opened the door, I saw a GIANT! He was sleeping next to the beanstalk. When I saw the Giant begin to stir in his sleep, I ran for my life! I slammed the door, ran upstairs, & hid. The Giant woke up, yawned, & realized I had been out there. He looked in my window & saw my feet. He noticed I was shaking. He decided to lie back down. About 10 minutes later, I went back downstairs. I opened the door & saw that the Giant was awake! I then saw him reaching toward me! I ran for my life & screamed. But, I tripped & fell. I screamed but to no avail. Then, I felt a giant hand touch me. The fingers curled around me & I screamed! "Shh, calm down little one. It's ok. I'm not going to hurt you," the Giant said. I passed out. The Giant put me in his shirt pocket & climbed up the beanstalk. When I came to, I was on a bed. Not just any bed. But a GIANT bed! To be continued



Beginning 37: I was captured by a monster. "I'm going to eat you whether you like it, or not. Do you want to be eaten now & right here, or at my place?" Asked the Monster. I was too scared to speak. He took me back to his place. Then, he threw me on a plate. I tried to run but the Monster broke my leg! I screamed in pain. "SHUT your mouth! OR I will do it for you!" Then, a giant came to my rescue!

         "Walk away from the plate & leave the girl." Said the Giant. Then, he walked over to the Monster & punched him in the face! The Monster ran away. The Giant lifted me up carefully. "I'm taking you home with me. I'm going to take care of you, keep you safe & nurse you back to health. Let's get that broken leg of yours taken care of."

Beginning 38: I was walking along outside when I spotted a beautiful cottage. There was a sign on it. It said: "Please come in." I walked in...

Beginning 39: I was walking along outside when, I spotted a beautiful cottage. There was a sign outside that said: "Please come in. This place is open to all who want to take a quick rest." I went in & found a comfortable bed. It was so comfortable, I fell asleep. I awoke to what sounded like a storm, only there was no rain or lightning. Then, the roof came off & I saw a giant!

         "Well, this is a surprise," the Giant said. I couldn't believe that I was captured by a giant! Before I could try to run, or hide, the Giant said...

Beginning 40: I woke up in HORRIBLE pain. My left leg & right arm hurt so bad, I thought I would pass out! Then, a giant walked by & saw me. I realized my cottage was in shambles! I couldn't move due to being under the big pile of rubble that USED to be my cottage, & the pain. The Giant slowly & carefully sat down next to me. He had a worried look on his face. I was wondering why he wasn't taking advantage of this perfectly good opportunity to eat me. "Aww, I can't stand the sight of a human in pain, or trouble. I'm going to help you." He said. Then, he carefully & gently picked me up. I winced from the excruciating pain. "I'm taking you home with me. I will nurse you back to health. I might take you to a special hospital, that's run by giants. They have both giant doctors & human doctors."

Beginning 41: I woke up & I was in severe pain. I was drifting in & out of consciousness. I realized I was under something heavy! I couldn't see, or breath! I was coughing & choking on the smoke! I was now looking into the eyes of a giant! He had a worried look on his face. He said, "Don't worry little one. I'm going to help you!" It was then that I realized my cottage was on fire! I felt the Giant lift me out of the burning wreckage. My left leg & right arm were in the most pain. I passed out! The Giant ran (with me in his hand) to his car & got in. He drove to the hospital. I woke up in the waiting room & 10 other giants were crowded around me! "Give her some air! Can't you see she's in pain & scared?!" The Giant asked. The crowd of giants left us alone. Then, a giant doctor came over to us. I got scared & started to cry.

         "Hey, don't cry little one. We're going to take care of you." The Giant Doctor said. We were taken to a room. The Giant put me on the bed. "Ok, left broken leg & broken right arm. We will do surgery right away," the Giant Doctor continued. I was freaking out! I soon fell asleep. I awoke with a cast on my leg & arm.

         The Giant smiled & said, "Hey little one. I was so worried."

         "You-you saved my life. I can't thank you enough. I feel like I owe you one. Actually, I owe you my life." I said. The Giant gave me a warm smile.

         "Well, I'm going to take you home with me. That way, I can take care of you." To be continued
