The Sun was Setting
A deep red upon the crest
The day was waiting

The trees waved farewell
Fading into mere shadows
Stars peaked through clouds

The wind carried smoke
Impairing vision and gone
The fire burns bright

I look to the sky
The Moon is so beautiful
Will she meet with me?

Sister of the Sun
She dances before the fire
Movement unrestrained

Clouds temper the sky
She will soon have to go
She says she can belong anywhere

As I get soaked and shiver
She plays in the rain
Nothing gets to her

The fire dies down
The smoke pours into the sky
She whispers to me
